Job description
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.
Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for: Supply Chain Specialist Europe Business Project Excellence - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 01/06/2024
Responsibilities:
· Lead projects to be implement in the EU countries as defined in a region level
· Take accountability and lead efficiencies assessments and solution implementation
· Bring to discussion ideas and solution to improve Customer Care Projects
· Analysing the risks implementation and creating solutions
· Perform loss analysis to identify critical opportunity to manage timelines for milestones defined
· Be accountable of connect all dots and act as a liaison among stakeholders
· Understand the countries best practices to share with the EU markets the opportunities to continuous improvement
· Planning projects with team members and higher-level professionals, Extreme discipline on process documentation / standardization / execution to drive critical improvement changes
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
· Knowledge in Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing Processes, Continuous improvement (i.e LEAN and Agile Methodology) Supply Chain (SC) Tools
· Experience in background on engineering, business management and/or Digital
· English Professional level Mandatory/ French & Spanish are appreciated
