Job description
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a position of: Supply Chain Planning Expert - VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsibilities:
- Acquire deep knowledge in Kinaxis and understand the IT integration Eco-System (How Data is Flowing, which systems are providing each data and how it is integrated and used by Kinaxis)
- Monitor daily integration, identify issue and provide solutions
- Ensure that risks are identified, formalized and communicated
- Support stream leader to build process and “dig” for information on Sanofi network
- Perform the fit/gap analysis and define the needs for localization with the objective to stick as much as possible to the core model
- Coordinate reporting activities between various streams
- Ensure that risks are identified, formalized and communicated
- Support the change management and growing capabilities
- Support and contribute to users training: strategy localization, planning definition, training material localization, end-users training
Requirements:
Education :
Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT or another related field
Experience :
· Knowledge of Supply Chain related Areas (Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecast, S&OP, Product Launch)
· Previous participation in Supply Transformation projects of System Implementation
IT skills :
· Knowledge of Supply Chain Tools (Manugistics, SAP APO, Rapid Response/Kinaxis or similar) would be highly appreciated
Languages : Fluent in English
Other desirable skills :
· Experience translating business needs into process and capability to implement it an IT environment
· Passionate to work in an environment with no “daily routine” where initiatives and new ideas are welcome
· Ability to organize and make the project “move ahead”
· Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment
· Capacity to convert ideas into actions
· Communication and Interaction Skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalade information through the program organization.
