iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Strategy Analyst Global Rare Disease - VIE Contract (W/M)

The candidate will spend half of its time supporting global rare office and New Product Planning team.

This position will report directly to the Attaché of Global Head of Rare Disease and dotted line to the head of New Product Planning.

·  • Attaché is in charge of office organization for business unit head. This includes a very large scope of activities of the company (Finance, marketing, industrial affairs, Human resources, development …)
·  • Head of New Product Planning is in charge of the business unit portfolio management which includes evaluation of internal and external opportunities
·  • Rare disease is a core activity ($3B) for Sanofi Genzyme the Sanofi specialty care Business unit.

Primary responsibilities of this operational role will include:

through the support of the attaché :

·  Supporting the development of executive-level presentations and reports
·  Supporting key initiatives and following up on outputs from Rare Leadership team
·  Track key initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals, ensuring follow-through on the part of key players, and sustaining momentum needed to drive these initiatives
·  Contribute to the orchestration of the 10Y BU planning sequence
·  Work with Finance Business Partners in ensuring the Attaché of Global Rare Diseases receives requested financial reporting information; provides analysis and advice on key financial ratios
·  Work closely with various businesses and functions in support of key programs
·  Manage a broad range of projects to help ensure organizational effectiveness and attainment of strategic priorities

Through the support of the New Product Planning:

·  Work on clinical endpoints (trial study, clinicaltrials.gov)
·  Analyse and treatment guideline info/data analysis
·  Support work to pipeline commercial assessment

Candidate:

Education:

·  Engineer completed with a MS
·  Scientific background completed with a MS
·  Business school
·  Excellent Power-point and Excel skills is mandatory
·  Experience in rare diseases commercial context or in Audit or consulting could be a plus
·  Experience in pharmaceutical industry is NOT mandatory
·  Full proficiency mandatory in English
·  French or other language would be a plus
