Senior Treasury Core Model (TCM) Support Expert

Job description

Purpose of the job:

The Treasury Core Model (TCM) Senior Application Support Expert is taking in charge the general Support and Maintenance of the Treasury SAP modules and Treasury processes implemented in the context of the Treasury Core Model. The support is performed in coordination with AMS Accenture that will provide SAP support level 1,5 and 2.

This especially entails:

·  Corrective tickets monitoring and management by performing requested analysis, customizing, tests, documentation.
·  Evolutive tickets management by driving end-to-end the process from the business requirement to the solution to implement.
·  Transport order management to fulfill the need, both for evolutive and corrective changes, making sure SLA commitments for each application are met.
·  Taking in charge of functional analysis of development activities, updating the specifications and performing the tests, when a form or layout needs to be developed, a new specific report or enhancement needs to be developed, working together with ABAP teams.  
·  Leading interaction with SAP support, raising and following-up on SAP cases.
·  Working in-line with SoX and quality requirements of each SAP system, implementing the change management steps as defined, creating change requests, and performing all the change management documentation which are asked, following up until the transport to production system is done. Making sure all quality procedures are implemented as defined.
·  Working transversally in cooperation with different teams (A2R, P2P, CI2C, UAM, Basis,…) creating requests to ABAP and (Accenture) teams when needed, following up the completion of the requests with these teams as ‘owner’ of the topic.  
·  Be an important stakeholder in the iSHift AMS organization, following-up and holding AMS support team (Accenture) accountable for delivering, per SLA, solutions impacting Treasury processes/users
·  Assisting the Treasury users for performing User Acceptance Tests and providing ‘how-to’ support to users when needed.
·  Performing Treasury end user training and creating end user documentation, when needed.
·  Managing post-refresh activities on maintenance track, being accountable for such track being up to date especially in terms of transports, cut-over tasks and scheduled jobs.
·  Taking part as Solution Expert in small projects (Business Value Projects), being accountable of all deliverables related to the change management, when asked.
·  Reporting on Application support KPI’s
