Senior Manager, U.S. Market Research – Dupixent
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of U.S. Market Research will be responsible for leading market research efforts to support the U.S. DUPIXENT Franchise, which includes indications in atopic dermatitis, asthma, nasal polyps and future indications. This person will work directly with a team of three other MR team members to support the brand.

This position reports to the Senior Director of U.S. Sanofi Genzyme Market Research and will be based in Cambridge, MA once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Customer Insights to Support Commercial Teams
·
Lead market research projects to support the brand strategy, including identification of market research needs, vendor selection, design, execution and interpretation of studies.

Manage projects within budgets, schedules and corporate policies and SOPs.
·
Explore innovative techniques to address business questions.
·
Generate market research plans and demonstrate the ability to modify the plan as needs change.
·
Identify insight needs and recommend approaches to address these needs.
·
Communicate Actionable Insights
·
Develop and refine presentations to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
·
Present market research findings and insights.
·
Translate market research insights and data into actionable recommendations.
·
Effectively Collaborate and Partner Within a Matrix Environment
·
Work closely with brand teams to identify and address business needs.
·
Develop strong partnerships with the brand teams and alliance partners.
·
Collaborate across functions (i.e. forecasting, analytics, competitive intelligence) to deliver integrated insights and recommendations to commercial teams.
·
Work with Global colleagues to ensure alignment and coordination across projects.
PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE
·
3+ years of primary pharmaceutical/biotech market research experience.
·
Proficient in a broad range of primary marketing research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative design.
·
Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
·
Demonstrates ability to maintain objectivity and uphold high standards of ethical and intellectual integrity.
·
Excellent communication skills with a well-developed ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing.
·
Strong presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate complex information.
·
Demonstrated excellence in project management and managing multiple demands/priorities from various internal customers.
·
Working knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional audits).
