SBS CI2C Business Partner HU & RO & SECE

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Our new colleague will be a business partner within the CI2C organization for Sanofi Business Services in Hungary, Romania and SECE.

Within the SBS Business Unit, CI2C is an end-to-end process organization and consolidates the following activities: Customer Qualification & Master Data; Operational Credit Management; Invoice Management & Cash Application, Collections & Cash Related Claims and Month End Closing & Reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will have the overall accountability of the end-to-end CI2C operations to deliver best-in-class service (quality and compliance; efficiency and cost; execution time) and to partner with relevant business representatives across the Romania and SECE to ensure sustainable processes.

SBS Ci2C Cluster CEE has several initiatives/projects running: Clustering Project, Collection improvements (leveraging more SAP functionalities), Cash application automation.

For SBS Ci2C several projects are planned: Implementing a Ci2C core model, Global KPI Dashboard, Operation Reporting.

Effective change Management required to manage transition from current operating models to future SBS CI2C clustering operating model regarding Hungary, Romania and SECE.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

·  University Graduate with Business Administration / Finance / Economist background
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in ‘Order to Cash' processes and direct work experience in Finance
·  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
·  Advanced MS Office skills (especially advanced Excel, Power Point, Word skills)
·  Strong Analytical skills, good understanding of data analysis
·  Excellent communication skills and able to communicate across various levels within and outside the company
·  International experience with exposure to multicultural environments
·  Very good understanding of relevant processes such as Finance
·  Very good understanding of a Shared Services/ Business Process Outsourcing operating model
·  Good understanding of common Information System (IS) solutions used within Sanofi (Ci2C)
·  Ability to think strategically and take a helicopter view, but also be able to dive deep into operational problems when required
·  Personality with strong delivery skills and focused on results
·  Good change management and project management skills (ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner)
·  Willingness to travel (expected travel 10-15%)

NICE TO HAVE:

·  Experience in project management
·  German, Romanian or Slovakian language knowledge
·  SAP knowledge
