A unique opportunity within clinical research for an associate, clinical project manager or study manager/ vendor manager to who will work with global study teams to create a platform for patients/caregivers to easily find and determine potential study eligibility.   

The purpose of the Clinical Patient Content Creator (CDCS) is to build patient-facing digital interfaces enabling clinical trial patients to connect with investigator sites easily and effectively. The CDCS will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the target patient population and requirements for each clinical trial prior to customizing the build. They will use both creative and technical expertise to develop digital interfaces that are not only functional but promote patient engagement.

Main responsibilities:

·  Collaborate with early planning stakeholders including the Patient. Recruitment & Retention Leads on recruitment strategy for clinical trial website.
·  Project management and oversight of multiple ongoing studies from start to finish with multiple countries and languages in collaboration with global and local study teams, innovation leads, and patient engagements leads. 
·  Follow internal guidelines to ensure prompt review and approval.
·  Provide training and expertise for the clinical trial website for all of Sanofi.
·  Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to ensure timely website launch.   
·  Support and track/measure patient interactions and digital engagement (i.e. number of clicks) and outcome (i.e., patients screened, randomized) globally/overall.
·  Interpret data and provide feedback for continual process improvements. 

About you

·  Experience :

·  Prior experience working within Clinical Research in the pharmaceutical industry or basic knowledge of clinical trial process.
·  Experience in clinical project management and clinical development.
·  Clinical project management skills and or study management or vendor management skills.

·  Soft skills :

·  Agility and strategic thinking skills.
·  Adapt to change.
·  Build and sustain relationships.
·  Ability to work under pressure, adaptability to change, solve problems and willingness to learn to drive to meet short deadlines and shifting priorities.
·  Ability to work with multifunctional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization.

·  Technical skills :

·  Strong appetite for digital and systems.
·  Strong computer software skills and solid knowledge of MS Office 365 environment.
·  Prior experience with iConnect online platform, usability expertise, graphic design skills would be nice to have, although training will be provided.
·  Experience or knowledge in web development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) would be desirable, however not essential as training will be provided.

·  Education :

·  BSc/ MSc/ PhD in Life Sciences, clinical, computer science or related disciplines or equivalent.

·  Languages :

·  Strong command of English in both verbally and in writing.
