SANOFI NEXT GENERATION GRADUATE PROGRAMME – SEPTEMBER 2021 START
Based Waterford, Ireland
Our Next Generation Graduate Programme is designed to offer talented graduates the opportunity to join Sanofi – a Top 5 Global bio-pharmaceutical company, focussed on human health.

About the Opportunity:
As well as offering you a great start to your career within a state of the art working environment with that holds huge personal growth opportunities, our aim is to equip each graduate with the skills and experience required to be successful.
We will provide you with valuable on the job work and give you a full understanding of our business. You will be supported by both formal development plans and mentoring by a Senior Leadership Team as you rotate in the programme to aid your progression to success.
The Next Generation Graduate Programme consists of three 8-month rotation over 2 years. Depending on your degree, you would rotate within 4 streams of work:-

Scientific
·
Digital
·
Engineering
·
Supply Chain
At the start of the programme, successful applicants will be offered a contract starting in the most suitable rotation stream. As you move through the programme you may stay in the same stream or switch paths according to your interest and the business needs. During the final rotation, the programme leaders will work with each graduate to find their ideal position.
A successful candidate will have:

Graduated in the past two years or due to graduate in 2021
·
Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·
Be a self-starter with the determination to succeed
·
Have ability to work in a team and on own initiative
·
A passion for healthcare

The Application process:
If you are successful at matching our initial criteria you will be asked to complete a video interview via our online technology, where you can record your answers using either a mobile, tablet or computer. Use these questions as an opportunity to show us who you are and why you are the right person to join Sanofi. What is it that makes you tick? Where have you ever gone above and beyond to make a difference?
We will use this data including any information given on your CV to create a final shortlist of candidates. If you have not been successful you will be informed via email. Unfortunately, due to the large number of applications, we are unable to give personal feedback on your video interviews.
The final stage of the process will be for you to attend an assessment centre. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi we are about. The day will involve group activities and an interview.
