Job title: Sales Representatives – Dupixent (North)
About the job
Job Purpose
·
Achieve annual sales target for territory.
·
Business bridge between Company and responsible hospitals.
·
To develop and maintain customers based on targeting profiles.
·
To identify and maintain relationships with KOLs.
·
To provide professional expertise on the job.
·
To take responsibility for hospital listing activities.
Main responsibilities
·
Detail product FAB to targeted customers for prescribing commitment.
·
Feedback competition intelligence and market information.
·
Develop good customer relationships, product knowledge, and optimal selling skills
·
Fulfil company’s commercial excellence & digital requirements
·
Plan and execute the call plan based on targeting priority in CENTRIX.
·
Support other colleagues and share experiences.
·
Daily report punctually.
·
Implement promotional programs/events initiated by marketing dept.
·
Ensure compliance to policies.
·
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
·
Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Must comply with HSE policy.
About you
Education
·
A degree of Bachelor of Science, majoring in Pharmacy or related fields is preferable.
·
Business graduate (Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration) is acceptable with successful experience in the healthcare industry.
·
Native in Mandarin and fluency in Taiwanese is a plus.
Experience & knowledge
·
>2 years of experience in the respiratory field, especially airway-related diseases, such as asthma, COPD…etc.
·
>2 years’ sales experience in the specialty drugs in global companies.
·
Experience in biologics is a plus.
