Quality Support Officer (Contractor)

We are currently looking for a Quality Support officer to join our team on a 6 month contract and facilitate the Quality team in maintaining the company's Quality Systems, which services all of Sanofi's business functions for its Australian and New Zealand operations.

Key Priorities will include:

·  Assisting in data management and processing of quality documentation;
·  Assisting the Quality officer's in processes related to new product releases;
·  Assisting in communications from consumers, physicians, pharmacists, etc. regarding complaints related to various Sanofi products;
·  Ensuring that the electronic database administration views are kept up to date;
·  Provide support (as needed) to internal customers (Safety Surveillance, Customer Service, Medical Information) relating to product quality complaints.

To be considered for this role you will have:

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Strong organisational and administrative skills
·  Ideally a strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry
·  Ideally strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Manufacturing operations
