iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Quality Officer in Belgium - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities (in close collaboration with the Country Quality Head):

·  Supporting various Quality projects to improve productivity and customer experience, e.g. support of the Global Quality Documentation Management system (GEODE) for all GxP – good practice areas
·  Partnering other teams, being responsible for specific project deliverables and contributing towards the planning and management over project activities to ensure success
·  Developing, driving and leading various projects including managing a portfolio of many initiatives
·  Developing project charters, requirements, project plans, status reporting and resource management
·  Interacting with cross functional teams at the global and regional level as well as providing direction, guidance and oversight of project team resources
·  Facilitating workshops to identify business and technical impacts on processes, developing project documentation and effective implementation strategies
·  Monitoring progress of project for business value, document lessons learned, closeout project summarizing achievements & improvements
·  Assessing changes and impacts to cost, schedule and quality and recommending course of action
·  Facilitating a RACI – Responsibility Accountability Concern Informed (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) assessment of End State including a lessons-learned exercise to capture best practices post go-live
·  Maintenance and creation of Sharepoint ® Microsoft for Benelux and/or Cluster to ensure best practice sharing, enhance knowledge management and encourage collaboration
·  Develop specific Quality documentation community of practice as to enhance knowledge management and good practices sharing within the Cluster
·  Establishments of elaborate communication material to support the use and understanding of the system
·  Contribute to organization/animation of Quality virtual meetings (webcasts) and events (site introduction days, webinars) while developing new ways of organizing them
·  Contribute to promote value brought by Quality to the Business and promote the quality culture

Requirements

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

Education:

·  Scientific Degree (Pharmacist, Health economy, Biology) or similar

Experience:

·  At least 1 year of professional experience on a similar role (including project management)

IT skills:

·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  Experience as a user of Sharepoint

Languages:

·  Good level of English – written and spoken

“Desirable” skills

·  Knowledge of Microsoft Visio would be a plus
·  Good level of French would be a plus
·  Knowledge (if possible) experience in communication tools, animation of Communities, digital media and of GEODE tool (document management system) would be a plus
