Quality Business Partner Greece & Cyprus - Regeneration Program

About the Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for PTC management for Greece (such as local intake point for complaints (and device handling errors), enter provided reply to complainant in local computerized system-MEDES, manage returns, fup with pharmacies and wholesalers for returns, sent defective product to Sanofi investigation sites).

Key responsibilities

·  Contribute to update of local QDs related to activities for which Quality is the process owner and to coordination with the other process owners for the development/update of local QDs in their respective areas of activities; input to prepare the future deployment of GEODE + (tool to manage all GR/CY local documents) in CY/G;
·  Contribute to the update Quality Agreements in Greece and Cyprus;
·  Contribute to the implementation of a process for the management of deviations and of CAPAs and to the development of local CAPA tracker;
·  Contribute to the preparatory steps ahead of the upcoming in the deployment of PHENIX QTP to manage GR/CY local GXP, GMP & GDP Third Parties (& update of the associated Tracker).

About You

In this role you will need to fulfil the eligibility criteria of the Greek RE-Generation program: http://regeneration.gr/en/candidates

Essential requirements:

·  Educational background in Health Sciences;
·  Excellent communication skills are required to manage calls with customers (physicians, pharmacists, patients, wholesalers);
·  Greek language fluent;
·  English language at professional level;
·  Information technology tools/software intermediate knowledge required;
·  PC office knowledge: Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
·  Willingness to work under pressure;
·  Ability to cooperate transversely.

It would be advantageous to have (not essential):

·  Post Graduate Business Degree or MBA;
·  Project Management.
