Job description
· Manage purchasing activities above 'Purchasing Agent Threshold' accordingly with Procurement Guideline
· Accountable for control, compliance and documentation checks of the PR-to-PO transactional process as per company SOP
· Ensures that purchase orders are in line with Sanofi compliance check requirements
· Provides support to the requester on the PR/PO process
· Reviews the Purchase Requisition (PR) for non-catalog transactions above the purchasing agent threshold
· Performs necessary compliance checks on Purchase Requisitions (PR)
· Perform compensatory controls for the Purchase Orders (PO) below Purchasing Agent Threshold on monthly basis
Purchasing activities accordingly with Procurement Guidelines (presourced solutions, preferred vendors lists, …)
· Guide the Purchasing process :Orient the user requirements towards pre-sourced solutions communicated by Procurement
· Manage system changes
Purchasing Administration
· Ensure PR consistency versus contract
· Ensure PR process compliance as per company SOP, for example, Global Contract Policy, DOA, etc
· Ensure category specific requirement and process are implemented, for example, mandatory suppliers, punch-out catalogs, marketplaces, etc
· Provide Customer Service to Key Users, Trained users
· Redirect Purchases to the appropriate vendor, reassign purchases to correct HACAT Code, refer to appropriate MSA, etc.
· Implement regional and business specific exceptions to the transaction processes as per country requirement
· Provide accurate and timely transaction execution, including new requests, change requests, cancellations and MSA's
· Address eBuy limitations and rectify eBuy generated errors
