iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Project Support Officer - VIE Contract (W/M)

CONTEXT & PROGRAM SUMMARY

Sanofi strategic direction is currently to harmonize and standardize practices and simplify the organization to foster a new “One Sanofi” way. This represents a strategic opportunity for a Global SC (Supply Chain) & IA (Industrial Affairs) Transformation through the SCCore Program to:

·  Design standardized E2E (end-to-end) processes to generate business value for the Group and deliver best in class collaborative solutions to our Customers
·  Deliver innovative state of the art tools enabling Supply Chain as a Global Function
·  Secure SC functionalities in SHIFT program and ensure consistency of business and IT (Information Technology) architecture

The SCCore Program covers Business end-state and IS solutions for the Supply Chain & Industrial area.

This program is structured around key transverse topics and 5 main streams:

·  Transverse: Business & IT Architecture, Roadmap design and value case, PMO (Project Management Office), Change Management and Master Data Management
·  Main stream: SC Planning & Transportation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this context the main duties of the Project support officer are:

1. Reporting progress status, plans, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in collaboration with other programs:

·  Gather and document project requirements
·  Recommend new solutions and improvements to existing stream management processes, tools, and templates (e.g. governance framework, project portfolio dashboards)
·  Support project management build to structure the phases, deliverables, etc.
·  Ensure that the methodology tools are always updated and well used
·  Maintain check-lists to validate milestones and monitor them
·  Take part in transversal meetings and write meeting minutes for the key program meetings
·  Organize regular progress reports/meetings and propose any improvement

2. Follow the coordination of issues, risks, documentation and any other logs that need control to monitor program risks and formalize mitigation plan:

·  Track and report on key milestones, risks, and issues from across project stream into concise summary
·  Maintain a risk management process that includes issue tracking and monitoring plans

3. Help to secure internal consistency, coordination and communication

·  Secure communication to internal program teams
·  Prepare communication such as new comer announcements
·  Support general meeting administration, such as preparing meeting agendas and documenting meeting minutes
·  Ensure project/program/portfolio documents are complete, current and stored appropriately, this include the management of document repository like SharePoint
·  Support regional team in project methodology ramp-up

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: Master Degree in Business Management/Project Management or relevant field
·  Experience: at least 1 year of professional experience, possibly in international Project Management, working in program mode and program organization; Sanofi PUMA methodology knowledge is a plus; good overall understanding of Supply Chain, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Products industry
·  Soft skills: proactive and rigorous; coordination skills and strong synthetic skills; accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency; open-minded and ready to listen actively; ability to collect & consolidate data, to be issue resolution-oriented; communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalade information throughout the Global Supply Chain & IA Transformation Program organization; ability to perform independently while being a good team player and in a collaborative environment
·  IT tools: MS Office
·  Languages: fluent English; French/Spanish is a plus
