Sanofi Global Hub (Global Hub) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions . Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally
Main responsibilities:
Project Manager - will work on a project basis for the Specialty care. He/she will be responsible for providing administrative support on pre-defined projects or assigned projects. The Project Manager will set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics and is responsible for managing the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope provided by Medical Programs Governance Lead who remains responsible and accountable for the project content. Main activities will be:
This includes but is not limited to the following:
· Set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics.
· Managing the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope defined by the GBU.
· Reports project information to the workstream leads and other applicable stakeholders.
· Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business practices and corresponding SOPs/departmental processes to improve the project processes.
· Organizes logistical solutions according to the needs of GBU workstream leads.
· Initiation, initial completion of operational core documents/materials, and follow up of overall projects timelines to ensure the projects move to the next step in a timely manner.
· Perform pre-defined key tasks on the projects to support the team and ensure the projects move forward, such as: create or ensure the required documents are completed on time (GRF, ABP, PO and WBS forms) and move through the approval steps in a timely manner; when applicable, enter the documents/information on the relevant platform (SharePoint, etc…); ensure follow-up with Procurement/Customer engagement team and develop/fill the needed documents, ensure the projects move in the systems (vendor onboarding, new projects with vendors or consulting agreements, payment); follow-up on contract and invoice status; draft emails from templates, format documents (e.g. agendas, slides, …) for senior leaders
· Establishes and maintains efficient working relations with all internal and external key stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Governance, Quality and Medical Operations.
· People : (1) Works closely with Specialty Care Medical Programs Governance Lead(2) Collaborates with people from Legal, Procurement, Governance, Quality and Medical operations; (3) Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
· Performance : (1) Project management of assigned medical program activities: Responsible for logistic aspects of the review process of medical documents; (2) contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, in collaboration with project teams; (3) Manage risk and implement back-up plans when needed; (4) Investigate the root cause when issues arise and recommend the remediation plan; (5) Publishing the timely updates to relevant stakeholders
· Process: (1) Responsible for providing GBU workstream leads with administrative support on pre-defined projects; (2) set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics; (3) Manage the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope; (4) Initiation, initial completion of operational core documents/materials, and follow up of overall projects timelines to ensure the projects move to the next step in a timely manner
· Stakeholders : (1) The Project Manager will interact internally and externally with GBU Medical Operation teams in charge of ESR, MAP, Humanitarian, R&D - Development team Quality Manager, Global Finance, Global Legal & Supply Procurement; (2) And other functions as per project activities need
About you
· Experience: 7+ experience in expanding roles in with substantial project management experience within pharmaceutical industry
· Soft skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills with senior management
· Technical skills : Knowledge on Project Management tools , MS Office
· Education : Bachelor/Higher Degree; PMP certification will be a plus
· Languages : Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
