Project Manager (CHLOE PMO)

Job description

Sanofi has a global project to spin off Sanofi Consumer Health Care business and establish a new Sustainable Standalone CHC Business Unit Organization for VNKH by 2022. The job purpose is to manage and ensure the success of the project life cycle from design, preparation to implementation in Vietnam and Cambodia.

This position report directly to General Manager, CHC Indochina; Head office based - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support GM in project coordination across functional work streams.

·  Build local project plan and calendar adapting to global project requirement.
·  Monitor and make sure project progress and flag risks
·  Customize central guidelines to meet local specificities
·  Share central guidelines to local functional project team and execute them.
·  Collect asked questions from functional work streams and seek for answers.
·  Collect and escalate feedbacks and issues from functional team to GM

2. Collect and submit country data.

·  Coordinate with respective functions to prepare and send country submissions to central team.
·  Data and assets mapping as needed.
·  Business case analysis and recommendation to support decision making process

3. Other administration work required by the project.

Job-holder Requirements

·  University degree preferred in Business, Economics
·  Project management skill, commit to deadline, attentive to details.
·  Agile, quickly adaptive and understand business background/process.
·  Good communication and cooperation with different stakeholders.
·  Fluent in English, above 3 year working experience
