Our Team:
You will join the Real Estate and WorkExperience Place newly created team. This team monitors the creation of all maintenance and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide (more than 15 projects).
The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.
Main responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for the implementation of the CHLOE 2.0 RE/Wx projects (Access segregation, Co-working, new buildings) in conjunction with the Global team.
· You will be the point of contact for the local Project Teams in countries and you will coordinate all relations with the Global CHC RE/Wx team.
· You will manage the budget of the projects and provide budget reporting.
· You will coordinate with 4 other Project Managers the 43 projects.
· You will work directly with a global provider for the Co-working models.
· You will have to embed the new approach with your local points of contact.
· You will be a point of contact for BCG for the implementation support.
About you
· Strong experience in operations position (e.g.: Marketing, Commercial, etc.) and Project Management
· Autonomous, entrepreneur mindset
· Leadership with transversal team
· Ability to embed new approach and manage ambassadors.
· Internal and external stakeholders Management
· Ability to manage Multi projects
· Global position working with different culture
· Open minded
· Fluency in English is a must
