iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Project Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

Please note that Sanofi office in Guildford will move its location to Reading in July 2019.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the support and maintenance of project documentation (project plans, status reports), conduct of basic analysis to backup this documentation and administrative support to the Project Team.

Key responsibilities:

·  Set-up and support covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication
·  Produce consolidated reporting to the project stakeholders, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, etc.
·  Ensure standards, tools and procedures in use on the project, including issue, risk, change and management are adhered to by the Project team
·  Manage the project documentation libraries, SharePoint etc.
·  Set-up and support of project team meetings/events
·  Provide other ad-hoc support to Project Management Office works/initiatives

1/ Reporting:

Together with the Project Management Office ensure project information, including project status reports&milestones plans, are effectively maintained and communicated to relevant stakeholders through:

·  Managing and updating of project status reports with the Project Team
·  Consolidating project status reports&milestones plans for key stakeholders and follow-up if necessary

2/ Supporting:

Together with the Project Management Office ensure the project team are supported and assisted with:

·  Supporting project managers in day-to-day tasks, including analysis, presentations and ad-hoc requests from the management
·  Managing internal communication updating a website
·  Scheduling and preparing project meetings/events for the project team

Main interfaces/relationships:

Internal: ITS (Information Technology Service), Global Business Units Finance, Region and country CFOs (Chief Financial Officers), Controlling teams, Group Controlling, Process owners and Project leaders

External: Hotels / Conference suppliers

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: Master degree in Management, Business School, Engineering or other related field; Master in Finance is plus
·  Experience:

Ability to manage and support project team administration activities (status reports/risk, issue & change logs/access and content of project libraries);

Understanding of project management principles, APM (Application Performance Management) Certificate in Project Management or equivalent would be a plus;

Good working knowledge of Finance would also be advantageous;

An experience in pharmaceutical industry is plus

·  IT tools: good working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
·  Languages: fluent English, both oral and written

Ready to relocate to the new location in Reading in July/August 2019 or to travel ½ h rail each way.
