Summary:
The Review Committee Process Lead (RCPL) is responsible for timely and efficient processing of all brands and other materials within the scope of, and in compliance with Sanofi Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review SOPs & Work Instructions except where these are not aligned with the Sanofi Pasteur specific Business Technical Document (BTD), in which the case, the Sanofi Pasteur BTD should be followed.
Key accountabilities
Processing Jobs for MLR Review (45%)

Facilitates optimal routing of all advertising/promotional jobs through the eRC (electronic Review Committee) system (i.e., Veeva - Promomats) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness – from initial review to archival
·
Completes a quality check (i.e., job submission checklist) of each job before initiating RC review
·
Provides information (ie, jobs in “undergoing review” status) necessary to help create RC meeting agendas
·
Finalizes and distributes updated agendas and meeting information to RC members
·
Adheres to timelines that have been established for moving jobs in eRC for those statuses that require action by an RCPL
·
Identify materials on a monthly basis requiring periodic review and initiate review process
Validation of MLR Required Changes (35%)
·
Ensures all RC required changes are accurately reflected in final materials
·
Archives all jobs in Veeva-Promomats
·
Performs functional review of digital media prior to release
Review Committee (RC) Meeting Scribe (10%)
·
Serves as a scribe at RC meetings to electronically capture all RC-recommended revisions during meetings
Ad hoc Marketing Support / Misc (10%)
·
Completes mandatory Sanofi/Sanofi Pasteur trainings within stipulated timeframe
Education/experience rerquired:
The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a large organization and exhibits a diverse skill set including superior time and project management, relationship management, communication skills, negotiation, influencing, teamwork and leadership. S/he will have exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to review, comprehend, and identify inconsistencies and opportunities. Act as the SME to assist the brand around the RC process and platform.

Bachelor’s Degree required
·
1+ year of experience with Review Committee operations preferred
·
Experience with RC platform 4M-PromoMats (Veeva) preferred but not required
·
Ability to organize, prioritize, collaborate, and meet multiple deadlines using available resources
·
Attention to detail, organization and follow through
·
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
·
Basic understanding of the digital & print landscape
·
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, WORD & Excel; Adobe Acrobat
·
Able to navigate within a large business structure
