About the Opportunity

As part the of the lyo operations team in Fill finish you will report directly to the Team Leader and work closely with the team members. This position is critical for the timely batch releases and is essential for the success of the department. This a days role on site.

Key responsibilities

·  Supports Lyo operation batch release process, lead batch release deviation investigations, update and close batch release comments
·  Maintains critical manufacturing GMP documentation in the Lyo operations area, (eg Manufacturing electronic batch records updates, SOP,s FMEA risk assessment etc.)
·  Support daily capacity management board process in the area
·  Operates complex systems and equipment for the production of batches/ manufacturing and packaging of products
·  This person is responsible for the quality of product delivery (in accordance with good manufacturing policies),respects HSE procedures and conducts regular checks of all work completed
·  Also involved in operational excellence (lean) workshops including material preparation activities (e.g. Bio)

About You

Essential requirements:

·  Third Level qualification ideally in a science or engineering related discipline
·  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
·  Experience working in a GMP environment is required

It would be advantageous to have (not essential):

·  Steriles background
·  Very good knowledge of cGMP in a regulated environment
·  Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
·  Excellent interpersonal skills
·  Good presentation skills
·  Working knowledge of computer packages
