About the job
Main responsibilities:
· Performs the calls on assigned customers at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume.
· Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts.
· Monitors customer stocks and purchases and negotiates orders to maximize sales potential.
· Keeps customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
· Keeps records and reports on all activities.
· Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
· Seeks out competitor information and communicates to his/her immediate Manager.
· Provide market feedback and give suggestions
· Organize and implement promotion activities like round table discussions, patient awareness program and effective marketing tactical support programs.
About You
· University graduate, preferably degree holder in science
· At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry
· Strong analysing and planning capability
· Good territory management skills
· Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented
· Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
· Positive working attitude with passion
· Good command of oral and written English
