One of our pivotal initiatives is the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which plays a fundamental role in supporting our strategy of implementing Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing & Supply.

Introducing Our MES Product - INOVA:

As part of our digitalization efforts, we are deploying a complete MES Product called INOVA within the Speciality Care Global Business Unit. This product, based on the Software PAS-X developed by Koerber, aims to accelerate the release of manufactured batches by introducing computer-assisted batch reviews. It will enable electronic documentation, interactive operation guidance, automatic data capture, real-time checks, and deviation management.

Your Role as Product Owner:

As a senior leader, you will serve as a mini-CEO for INOVA. Your responsibilities will include:

·  Defining the product strategy in alignment with business objectives
·  Planning the product roadmap
·  Collaborating with the delivery team to drive product delivery
·  Measuring and optimizing business impact
·  Managing backlog prioritization
·  Creating requirements and Jira stories
·  Ensuring compliance with Sanofi standards, data privacy, GxP, Sox, and cybersecurity regulations

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and senior stakeholders, inspiring the team and providing a unique vision for what is possible.

Your Profile:

·  Deep knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) - Koerber PAS-X
·  Deep experience in product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably in manufacturing/shopfloor.
·  Knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI, and Application Design & Integration.
·  Strong vision and product management skills
·  Experience in Pharma/chemical industry.
·  Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders.

Terms of Employment:

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate in a global and agile environment, working with international business and digital teams. English is the primary working language, and periodic business trips to digital or industrial sites may be required. The role involves structured environments with formal procedures, deliverables, compliance rules, and reporting duties.
