Job Highlights:

· 
Manages the patient advanced analytics data product(s)' vision, roadmap, resourcing, and timeline, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals & value focus

· 
Sets up & leads a cross-functional team (pod) of internal/external data engineers and scientists to deliver self-supporting patient analytics products.

· 
Connects with other business & digital teams to develop a strategy that optimizes value delivery in the shortest possible time frame. Proposes mediation if necessary.

· 
Takes responsibility for managing the product backlog, from roadmap to user stories, as well as their ongoing refinement and prioritization.

· 
Collaborates closely with the scrum master and the pod members daily to ensure delivery, well-being & focus

· 
Manages the entire product life cycle

· 
Monitors the value produced and integrates user input to guarantee ongoing value generation.

· 
Ensures good practices in architecture and that the product meets applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.

· 
Provides consistent updates to leadership and executives, making communication easy and clear regarding product issues and decisions to be made.

· 
Leads business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics.

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

· 
Ability to prioritize among conflicting priorities and requests in a complex, multinational environment.

· 
Data-driven – product analytics matter!

· 
Ability to connect tech and business worlds.

· 
Good know-how of data science & data engineering practices

· 
Knowledge of bio science & pharma environment is a plus.

· 
Proven experience with Agile practices and expectations

· 
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· 
Creativity to go beyond current processes to deliver the best solution for a problem or opportunity.

· 
Experience guiding significant, data-centric software products.

· 
Team player: Overall contribute to improving digital maturity of Sanofi.

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

· 
Agile / Scrum practices using Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)

· 
Deep understanding on data and analytics especially data engineering and science. Prior experience with data science/AI/ML projects desirable

· 
Knowledge and experience working with modern cloud-based systems (AWS preferred)
