Job description

Planning & Performance Analyst will support the Head Planning & Performance Management to deliver the following objectives set for the function.

The purpose of this role is to:

· 
Lead a GBS benchmark exercise with Hackett (and other relevant agencies) to ensure that the best practices, considered "best-in-class," are integrated into GBS target processes. Monitor the subsequent roadmap in coordination with key stakeholders

· 
Closely interact with Global Service Line Heads within the Captive to ensure appropriate KPIs are implemented and followed-up

· 
Monitor and report on the value provided by the Captive centers to the entire CHC Opella organization. Prepare reports for GBS management, Captive Management, and Service Line

lead. Facilitate the identification of improvement areas to promote transformation and efficiency.

· 
Drive Continuous Improvement projects with the aim to simplify the process

The following details activities will be the main activities of the role:

Benchmark

· 
Partner with Hackett and/or other vendors to

lead the benchmark exercise

· 
Facilitate data capture for baselining by interacting with Global and Regions Functions and escalade when need be

· 
Drive transversal change management in Global Processes based on benchmarking data

KPI, Analytics & Reporting

· 
Partner with Global Service line heads to define reporting templates on agreed KPIs & other additional indicators relevant to identify inefficiency & improve the process

· 
Prepare & communicate to appropriate stakeholders on Captive Center efficiency & general E2E process efficiency & cost

Continuous Improvement:

· 
Working closely with platform stakeholders to drive (and/or

support

) various projects with the aim to simplify the process

· 
Support

Service Lines to deliver different initiatives to simplify and improve the End-to-End processes.

· 
Support

different workshops, initiatives with LEAN team to further improve process efficiency, eliminate wastes and deliver time saving to customers.

About you

· 
2-3 years of business analysis and performance management experience

· 
Postgraduate/MBA in Finance or Analytics with advance Computer skills

· 
Strong and effective business partnering and customer relations management

· 
Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization

· 
Strong problem-solving skills. Need to look at requests / problems and recommend solutions to ensure transition is delivered on time & on budget

· 
Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity

· 
High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines

· 
Fluency in English mandatory - French and other European languages are a plus

· 
Familiarity with a Shared Service Center environment and in Business Partnering is a strong plus
