Pivot Master Data Operator

Job description

Main missions

Management of all the master data required for the Pivot activity:

·  Link new GMID with the LATAM pivot (SAP-PKH)
·  Master Data Creation in CO (Profit Center, Cost Center) for the allocation of the pivot costs/profits by country.
·  Master Data creation in SAP Module MM, CO and SD (but for selling price which is done by ECS) ;
·  Coordination of the creation of the Master Data with the different Stakeholders;
·  Integration of the Financial Master Data for the pivot activity (Standard Costs, Purchase Info Records, Cost Center, Profit Center):
·  Ad Hoc request for any new flow/GMID, change of flow
·  Yearly update end of the year (budget price) + Ad Hoc update during the year.
·  Ensure the timely update of the new TP
·  Participation to the Master Data Improvement projects
·  Backup of the Products Flows Monitoring Analyst

Main professional relationships

Further to its central role on financial monitoring of flows, the person works in close collaboration with:

Pivot: Customer Service, Flows Monitoring analyst, Pivot Controller

PFF: International Flows Department, Other Pivots Team

IA: Plant Customer Services

Finance: Transfer Price Department.
