Job Purpose:

This is a newly created fast-paced and technical position to meet business growth initiatives and increase capabilities.

The Team:

The Performance Systems Analyst will be working with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization but mainly with the Commercial and Branding team.

The Role:

This is a highly technical role for a data engineer, working with new functions and business inteligence, data integration, cleansing and analytics.  

Role Responsibilities:

Integration of all data sources to enable performance tracking, measurement and reporting:

· 
Deliver a clear view on the performance of our portfolio by integrating multiple data sources; creating dashboards/visualisation and application of rule-based diagnostics.

· 
Support the Performance Systems Lead to manage database systems and data providers

· 
Support the Performance hub team to deliver business analytics, sales and share reporting,  and performance tracking

· 
Role model a Performance mindset across the organisation in line with Play to Win behaviours

Performance Management:

· 
Integrate multiple data sets to deliver clear, complete and unbiased view on performance connecting financial data, market data, consumer data, media, digital marketing and field force data

· 
Deliver our reporting and tracking with accuracy and on time

· 
KPI tracking and performance monitoring reports with dashboards and rule based diagnostics

· 
Competitor tracking across all data sets (including internal and external data)

· 
Support the development of solutions that reflect the performance KPIs of Ecommerce and Direct to Consumer

· 
Partner across the performance hub to deliver reporting and tracking

Measurement & ROI:

· 
Support measurement by enabling flow of data from various systems (including ROI across activities).

Data Governance:

· 
Be an expert on the mechanics of the various data sources and measurements across ANZ and be abreast with upcoming changes or one-time challenges. Be in constant interaction with data source owners(IQVIA, Nielsen, Intage, Comscore, Similarweb, Konnecto etc)

· 
Partner with external and internal data partners

· 
Incorporate new/additional sources of information that can be leveraged including e-commerce/ DTC data

· 
Be a point of contact for the Global Data Steward on the integrity of local data. Support any clarification, remedial actions required.

Systems and Tools:

· 
Support the Performance Systems lead on delivery of the roadmap for short, medium and longer-term reporting, tracking, visualisations and data integration needs

· 
Adapting and using creative options to deliver within budgets and available resources

· 
Partner with ITS, Global CMI, Regional performance team and BO&S teams as reqired to deliver

About you:

Education:

· 
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or a Statistical background

Required skills or experience:

· 
Experience across Data integration and business analytics

· 
Experience in FMCG, OTC industry or Retail industry is a plus;

· 
Advanced level SQL skills with experience on very large datasets

· 
Experience in creating data pipelines and ETLs that combine data from disparate sources  Demonstrated examples in data warehousing, modelling and database management is required.

· 
Advanced skillsets on data integration (Databases, pivots, some familiarity with APIs)

· 
Advanced skillsets on reporting packages(Business Objects), Databases(SQL), programming (XML, Javascript or ETL frameworks), Excel

Personal Attributes and Qualities:

· 
Attention to detail, persistence, commit to deadlines and deliver is a must have

· 
Fluent English speaking- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken)

· 
Curious mindset and self-motivated

· 
Team spirit, persuasiveness and collaboration with cross functional partners

· 
Strong analytical thinking, planning and organizing.
