Job Title: Senior People Services Generalist (French speaking)

Location: Budapest – Sanofi Business Services, Váci Greens

Flexible working: 60% home office / week

Sanofi Business Services (SBS) is a global organization, fully integrated, with 5 Service Lines focused on service quality and service delivery with the objective of providing efficient, effective and focused solutions to make life easier for employees, customers and suppliers of Sanofi.

Those 5 Service Lines are:

•            Purchase to Pay (including Travel & Expense)

•            Account to Report

•            Customer Invoicing to Cash

•            People Services

•            Contracting

In addition, the Business Services Centers hosts a number of global Centers of Excellence (CoE) and provide support and other services globally.

With respect to People Services the Business Services center covers the following areas of the process:

·  Manage Organization & Employee Master Data
·  Employee Life Cycle Management
·  Query Handling
·  People Services Technology Management

Main responsibilities:

·  Manage employee life cycle management and query handling (C2R) activities
·  Manage the hiring process from contract creation to onboarding
·  Coordinate the administration of international permanent transfer and local foreign hire
·  Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities
·  Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
·  Manage all documents related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
·  Help ensure knowledge databases are updated; knowledge transfer occurs up/down streams
·  Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
·  Provide Level 1 and 2 support for this sub-process
·  Manage direct queries from employees via ticket and calls
·  Drive continuous improvement
·  Take part in projects as Subject Matter Expert, ensuring necessary support is provided as agreed during the project planning

The People Services GENERALIST reports to SBS PEOPLE SERVICES BUDAPEST MANAGER responsible for the perimeter and may be assigned a specific sub-process or geography. He / She works closely with Customer Service, HR, Legal, DIO, CoE Business Partners, Facilities management, P2P, Payroll and T&E BPO partner and People Services front line teams in countries / regions.

About you

Experience

·  Graduate or master’s degree with HR or business administration
·  First hands on experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
·  Fluent in English and French
·  Knowledge of other European languages (advantageous)

Functional

·  Broad understanding of HR process and activities (essential)
·  Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc) (advantageous)
·  Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)

Technical

·  Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday (advantageous)
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)

Interpersonal

·  Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
·  Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)
·  Good communication skills (advantageous)
·  Attentive to customer needs and feedback (advantageous)

Leadership

·  Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines (essential)
·  Attentive to detail and works with precision (advantageous)
·  Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent (advantageous)
