KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Take responsibility as the BU Administrator and Operator of all data system,optimize these system to user friendly and automatically

- In charge of BU distributor management: ex-factory sales to make sure the hospital supply smoothly

- In charge of bidding system, monitor national bidding status & price of ONCO products,even competitors

- Support centrix & hospital listing: call management & listing documents support

- Coordinate Market & sales programs with intenral funtions

- Responsible to tracking & forecasting business data, perform detailed analysis, and generate regular Management / Analysis reports for business performance reviews;

- Participate in developing new modeling methodology and performing regular diagnostics to assess model performance.

- Analyze business data to interpret business conditions & trends,and provide recommendation deem appropriate;

- Track project progress and assist Manager to manage project to ensure timely follow up / implementation;

- Involve in statistical research for collecting and consolidate data;;

- Accomplish other assignment required by line manager

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

·  Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
·  Be self-motivated and able to learn and apply new skills quickly
·  High level of personal & business integrity and can work under pressure in a rapid growing environment
·  Facilitate large group requirement gathering and solving, and work with and influence other teams
·  Advanced PC skills in MS Excel ,Words,PowerPoint, Access

Education:

At least bachelor degree

Experience & knowledge:

·  3-4 years with JV/Foreign companies experiences with relevant experience

Core competencies:

·  Motivated, professional and willing to work hard under fast moving requirements
·  Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, in-depth statistics knowledge
