About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to Medical Head Sanofi Genzyme SECE and CEE as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) you will be a trusted scientific partner in the field for decision-makers and external experts engaging in mutual scientific exchanges to accelerate data dissemination. You will enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products in the therapeutic area and gather new insights by bringing cutting edge scientific exchange today that accelerates medical innovation tomorrow.

Key responsibilities
· Support definition of country medical needs in the field of immunology (rheumatology and atopic dermatitis) and participates in development of medical strategy;
· Demonstrate strong levels of technical and strategic expertise, integrity and professionalism and a strong awareness of and adherence to field medical policy and applicable scientific, legal, and regulatory standards;
· Implements country Medical Operating Plans for assigned therapeutic areas within the scope of Brand plan;
· Provides scientific competitive intelligence;
· Performs mapping of KOLs at country level, prepare and implement of action plans;
· Support evidence generation activities such as investigator site identification, investigator sponsored study (ISS) feasibility check, attending investigator meeting etc., External scientific communications;
· Organizing and participating in advisory boards, round table meetings and other medical educational meetings in line with the local country compliance laws and regulations;
· Operate within the field and thus must demonstrate the capability to act independently with limited day-to-day guidance.
About You
Essential requirements:
· University degree in Life and Health Sciences;
· 3 years' experience in pharma industry – preferably in medical affairs;
· Demonstrated ability to address educational and research needs;
· Exemplary communication and presentation skills;
· Experience in working on cross-functional teams and managing significant volume of projects;
· Skillfully plans, prioritizes, and executes multiple responsibilities;
· Strategic thinking, decision-making, time-management;
· PC proficiency;
· Flexibility and willingness for travel;
· Fluent in Croatian language;
· Good English language skills;
· Drive licence.
It would be advantageous to have (not essential):
· Previous cross-country experience is an advantage;
· Good knowledge of Slovenian and Bosnian languages skills.
