Reporting to the Marketing Transformation Manager ANZ, the MCE Manager will lead channel activation by defining and managing multi-channel strategies that deliver high customer engagement with increased efficiencies and optimised ROI.

Key responsibilities:

·  Accelerate the BU's MCE transformation roadmap through guiding the BU on prioritising channels and activities that align with BU strategy and global MCE goals.
·  Lead the design, implementation and review of customised multichannel campaigns that deliver high customer engagement and ROI of 1:3
·  Lead the build of campaign journeys and workflows for digital campaigns that bring closer together Medical, Marketing and Sales activities.
·  Evaluate campaign performance against KPI's and deliver insights and recommendations that drive continual campaign optimisation
·  Lead monthly MCE business reviews with BU leadership team, monitoring the progress towards MCE goals
·  Foster a digital culture and build marketing and commercial team digital marketing knowledge and capabilities
·  Ensure that Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) strategies are embedded into all campaigns
·  Master Precision Marketing techniques and align them to BU goals to increase customer retention and engagement
·  Ensure digital assets are aligned with GDPR and privacy legislation requirements to uphold customer data security

About you:

·  3+ years' experience in digital/multi-channel marketing utilising a broad range of channels;
·  Strong understanding of testing and measurement of campaigns;
·  Ability to deliver highly effective digital marketing strategies;
·  Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics systems
·  Experience using Agile / Lean framework
