Sanofi is engaging into a review program of its current Back-Office and Finance Systems practices through the implementation of a Global ERP (the One ERP project) and Core Models on Finance/Supply chain suite. The Back-Office and Finance/Supply chain Systems Transformation program aims at:

·  Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics
·  Common analytics by GBU and for Global functions to improve performance and cost management
·  Transversal data consolidation as well as more granular analyses
·  Common budget tools by GBU
·  Facilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS)
·  Support SBS strategy by implementing an end-to-end approach (e.g. P2P fully covered by integrated Group solutions from eBuy to AP Invoicing, T&E, etc.)
·  Opportunity to consolidate new activities in Shared Services (e.g. Master Data Management, Credit Management) and to develop global Shared Services organization models (e.g. T&E)
·  Support reporting factories
·  Simplifying processes and Sanofi users' experience
·  State-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user's experience
·  Major changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once
·  One source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework
·  Improved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology

JOB SUMMARY

The MDG Expert – Shift Project is responsible for the deployment of a single solution and standardized processes for the Group MDM standards in a single SAP solution for all businesses on all geographies.

He/she are expected have of knowledge Master Data Management area, which includes knowledge of Data quality, Data migration and Data governance processes, methodologies and standards.

He/she would be responsible for defining and documenting MDM solution, capturing and documenting requirements and review the technical specifications.

He/she should deliver quality control and best practices enablement of the activities where MDM solutions are involved.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the context of the shift Program, the main duties of the MDG Expert - Shift Project are:

Master data management strategy

·  Collect from the functional streams all requirements and design components of the Master data solution
·  Assess Data quality of existing data to identify data quality issues to anticipate the data migration efforts and priorities and migration strategy accordingly
·  Assess the requested Data governance process
·  Define together within stream and contribute to the Data migration strategy and tools to feed the development, testing and production environments with the clean and prepared data

Design of the Solution(s)

·  Review the design of the MDM solution within his/her area of responsibility
·  Provide his/her expertise of existing business processes / SAP solutions
·  Insure the overall consistency of the design proposed for MDM solution within his/her area of responsibility

Migration and go-live

·  Deliver the migration according approved Migration strategy
·  Deliver the go-live activities
·  Execute cut-over activities related to his/her area of responsibility
·  Deliver go-live support and hypercare activities

Roll-out strategy and roadmap

·  Contribute within his/her team to the creation of roll-out strategy and implementation roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Graduation preferably in Finance or Supply chain

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

·  3+ years proven experience in SAP Master Data Governance
·  Overall knowledge of Master Data Management, Governance and Migration processes
·  Experience in SAP especially in BP (Customers and Vendors) - Master Data
·  Should have experience in Data Migration
·  Hands On Experience with Workflow
·  Overall knowledge of integration with other systems
·  Handling of Mass Data change scenarios
·  Ability to do the requirements analysis
