Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop brand marketing plan.
· Ensure timely implementation & evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities / ROI.
· Provides guidance to product manager on various aspects such as product & therapeutic analysis, marketing plan, promotional budget management & customer relationship.
· Coach and counsel Product Managers for development of effective marketing strategies, processes and policies.
· To identify the opportunities and threats effecting the brand and to understand the trends within the therapeutic area
· To ensure that the marketing strategy and brand marketing plans are translated and understood at the Sales Manager / District Manager / Rep level
· Identifying and managing the key opinion leaders with the intention of developing good relationships with them which in the short as well as long run prove to be beneficial for the company’s and product’s growth.
· Create an appropriate atmosphere within the team; build on confidence and team spirit, ensuring the motivation and commitment of each team members.
Experience & Knowledge:
· 3-5 years in a similar role, supervisory experience will be preferred.

· Enhanced maturity & ability to track / monitor progress of implemented strategies
Qualifications:
· Bachelors / Masters degree. Preferably Masters in Business Administration
