Job description
JOB PURPOSE
Manager Business Support will be responsible for providing support to entire field force primarily with reference to their expenses and requests related to HCP services, assigned administrative tasks, relevant informational requirements and major conferences.
· Provides support to sales team for timely expenses management and reimbursement
· Provides operational support to sales team for HCP requests
· Data management and analytics
· Provides on-ground support and coordination for SF meetings & conferences
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides support to sales team for timely expenses management and reimbursement
· Ensures compliance in scrutinizing and recording of sales force travel & marketing expenses in MyTravel tool
· Act as MyTravel L1 support for Sales force
· Manages timelines with stake holders for timely reimbursement
Provides operational support to sales team for HCP requests
· Coordinates with procurement for vendor sourcing and negotiation for fulfilment of HCP requests
· Ensures cross-functional coordination, logistics and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Education Level
Bachelor’s degree
· Experience
02-year experience in a commercial role in a reputable organization
· Skills
· Team-player with good interpersonal skills
· Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments
· Enthusiastic self-starter with an ability to work effectively under pressure and meet timelines
· Strong time management, organization and project management skills
· Proficient in MS office and data management
· Operational knowledge of code of ethics & compliance
