Job Title: Hub Engagement Coordinator
Location: Hyderabad
Our Team:
This position “ Hub Engagement Coordinator” is part of Sanofi Business Operations, Global Hub Operations, and Transition management team, reporting to the Head of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement (SEE).
Sanofi Business Operations is a Global Business Service (GBS) team within Sanofi organized by pillars:
· 4 Service Tower managing E2E (end-to-end) processes:
· Finance services
· People services
· Medical services
· Procurement services that are managing financial & accounting processes,
· 3 Transversal functions to be the transformation engine, drive process excellence and delivery:
· Strategy and Business Partnering
· Innovation and Process Excellence
· Hub Operations and Transition Management
As part of this last pillar, Stakeholder and Employee Engagement (SEE) is the team leading and implementing Sanofi Hub Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategies and actions.
Role Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development and execution of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement initiatives in the given Hub location.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Support the creation and implementation of Hub Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategy and plan (such as engagement concept, event roadmap, communication plan, SBS Hub onboarding concept, etc.)
· Contribute to the Hub engagement, event, and community network framework and provide best practices, and checklists for implementation
· Manage and own the Hub Community initiatives from an event management and communication perspective (such as board game nights, sports initiatives, and bottom-up community initiatives)
· Collaborate with stakeholders to create alignment between engagement initiatives and programs owned by the Country HR, Country Communication & Workspace Experience
· Be responsible for the implantation of Hub communication plan in line with the Cross-Hub Engagement Plan
· Create engagement and communications materials and content (such as fact sheets, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations)
· Ensure communication messages are consistent across all internal and external channels
About you
· Experience :
· 2 years of working experience in the engagement and communication department in a similar role or environment (e.g., media, communications, or PR (Public Relations) agency), preferably in a global business transformation environment, within the GBS Shared Services industry.
· Soft skills :
· Outstanding communication, editorial, and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
· Strong in driving results, have a hands-on approach, and make things work in collaboration with teams of different functional expertise
· Open-minded, self-starter and initiative-taker
· Good organizational with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks, go along with the constantly changing environment
· Strong stakeholder management skills, maintaining positive professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
· Multi-tasker, able to establish and keep priorities and timelines to effectively manage the workload of self and others
· Technical skills :
· Proficient level in using a broad range of Microsoft O365, communication tools, software (video and picture editing tools), and techniques.
· Education : University degree, preferably in communication/marketing or a creative discipline
· Languages : Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language is a plus.
