Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Learning & Capabilities Lead - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/07/2024

The Order to Serve learning & capabilities lead will work closely with Global Process owners, Finance Academy, and regional and country teams to identify the different roles, to design & develop a coherent digitalized learning path, define deployment roadmap to develop globally capabilities and ensure execution of this roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Framework capabilities matrix for Order to Serve processes for Global, Regional and local roles:

·  Initiate and facilitate discussions with the different stakeholders to drive clear learning outcomes, goals, timelines, and target populations
·  Synthesize available information regarding skills matrix and understand overall existing framework

Define learning path for each role:

·  Gather and assess existing learning material and needs
·  Manage & enrich training & programs offers across Order to Serve community by liaising with the different expertise, mainly Global process leads
·  Build and implement the capability Learning roadmap and Learning path for each roles
·  Contributing in the talent management & acquisition for the Supply Chain key positions, establishing peer networks

Digitalize training material:

·  Assess different options to digitalize training material from video, training modules in the internal learning platform to knowledge base in salesforce
·  Build the plan to develop and complete learning digitalization gathering, structuring existing material
·  Coordinate the production of training material if necessary to offer a consistent digitalized learning path
·  Promote the learning offer to the different stakeholders

Measure efficiency and impacts:

·  Design and implement business impact measures across learning solutions to assess effectiveness
·  Continuously monitor and analyze learning outcomes and apply insights to improve impact of learning programs
·  Drive partner satisfaction by delivering the best customer experience, quality of learning solutions, and positive impact to the business

Main stakeholders:

·  Global Process leads, O2C Hub managers, Hub process managers, Team leads, i.O2C project change management, Regional O2C heads, Local O2C team, Finance Academy managers and impacted neighboring functions

Requirements:

·  Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Analytics, Communication, Learning or similar)
·  Knowledge of adult learning theory and practice (or at least interest in it) would be a huge advantage  
·  Previous experience preferably within pharmaceutical industry / consultancy would be a great plus
·  Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels
·  Open, proactive person, willing to learn
·  Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
·  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
·  Excellent English, written and verbal 
·  Second European language is appreciated
·  Ability to deal with digital solutions
·  Strong understanding of order to cash overall processes would be a plus
·  Good business acumen would be an asset
·  Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills is a plus
