Job description
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: Lean and Performance Supervisor - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 01/03/2024
Responsibilities:
1 Industrial Performance
· Improve processes, coordinate and drive initiatives to develop and sustain industrial performance competitiveness, in reference to Sanofi Quality and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards
· Update and follow-up the score card / monthly report and performance KPIs, analyze and ensure coordination of action plans regarding major gaps on TRS/OEE, Productivity, Plant Cycle Time, Yields
· Make sure that appropriate performance follow-up tools are implemented and consolidated in reference to corporate standards or to site requirements
· Increase performance of site equipment through improvement of existing and / or new design of production means, i.e. monitor the market place to identify new suppliers and equipment innovation
· Analyze organizational fit and impulse innovative organizational changes at Site level for production and Support Departments. Propose evolutions to reach the best transversal processes across the site
2 Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) transformation
· Support to build and implement site SMS transformation plan based on site challenges and priorities - workshops, projects, trainings
· Deploy SMS standards and tools through training, workshop etc.
· Coordinate resources requirement for the optimization activity of the site performance and provide methodology support
· Ensure the follow-up of the performance results and adapt action plans accordingly
· Support site SMS maturity assessment and skills certification activity
· Coordinate and implement action plan related to SMS maturity and skills certification
· Play an active role in the inter-site SMS network
3 Site Master Plan and strategy cascading
· Participate site master plan update and yearly strategy cascading
· Support department to complete X-matrix and commitment plan
· Follow up strategy cascading result and action plan
· Participate site capacity analysis for Logistic Resources Planning(LRP)/Long-Term Incentive Plan(LTIP) and budget preparations, in collaboration with the other functions
4 Methods
· Manage the standardization processes (e.g. blisters, boxes, leaflets), based on technical data
· Analyze discrepancies between standards and actuals and suggest appropriate action plans and follow-up database in collaboration with Controlling
5 Benchmarking
· Participate actively in the company benchmark studies
· Coordinate to build and implement benchmark catch up plan
· Contact actively with SMS network, share good practice and make proposals to implement the best practices at site level
6 SMS culture promotion
· Promote a performance mindset at site levels through Lean events, standardization and simplification initiatives, collaborators priorities setting up and review, recognition system, learning organization
· Support Lean academy centre development. Plan and implement SMS related training and workshop
7 Complete other jobs from direct manager, department and the company
8 Support Quality , HSE and other department
· Follow the Sanofi Quality requirement according to the approved standard operating procedure (SOP), Global quality directives/standard/Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) and other local requirements together with quality department. Support the related work of the quality department
· Follow the Sanofi HSE requirement and support the related work of the HSE department
· Following the Sanofi Engineering requirement and support the related work of the Engineering department
Requirements:
· Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering/Science with lean six sigma certification desirable
· A minimum of 2 years of prior professional experience in a similar role gained after the last diploma, facilitating the implementation of lean tools and techniques in a lean /business excellence context, preferably in the pharma manufacturing industry
· Good understanding of business process (production, inventory control, cost analysis, finance, human resources) in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
· Fluent English mandatory
· Knowledge of Mandarin would be a big advantage
· Strong experience in facilitation, change management and /or project management with an alternative function
