About the Opportunity
This is a new 3 year Apprenticeship developed by industry for industry. Delivered through a three-day on the job (workplace) and two-day off the job (college) split, this Apprenticeship programme leads to a Bachelor of Science degree.
Successful applicants will be working in our Quality Control Laboratories as a Laboratory Technician in years 1 and 2 and as a Laboratory Analyst in year 3. These laboratories test and release materials and finished products for markets world-wide and manage the ongoing stability programme.
With an emphasis on team work and right first time the successful applicants will have the opportunity to learn about how a busy lab operates across a number of product platforms.
You will be mentored by an experienced member of the team throughout your apprenticeship and will have the opportunity to put all of the learning from your degree (see modular content below) into practice in your day to day responsibilities on site.

About You
Essential requirements:
Minimum entry requirements are pass (Grade 06 or better) in five Leaving Certificate subjects, two of which must be maths and a science subject, 250 CAO points or a relevant FETAC Level 5 or Level 6 qualification.
Those aged over 23 are eligible to apply as mature students while relevant previous experience will also be considered.
Full unrestricted working rights for Ireland.
You must be available to start in September 2019 and be available for interview during week commencing 22nd of July 2019 . No exceptions.
