We are looking for an ITS Cyber Security Expert to support manufacturing sites in Europe (France, UK, Italy). Based in France, you are part of the Industrial Cybersecurity team that has members worldwide. You will be responsible for Cyber security proper implementation on systems, services and infrastructures supporting manufacturing and distribution processes.

 

In a highly regulated environment with critical business stakes and new technological challenges (Digital Factory 4.0/IoT), you define priorities, provide Cyber security support, contribute to the security design of architectures and solutions, coordinate and monitor remediation plans and perform regular Cyber security assessments.

 

This role provides you an opportunity to work in an international environment, into a dynamic team, fully empowered to propose and implement cyber security solutions in closed trustful relations with partners.

 

Main responsibilities:

·  Ensure the operational implementation of security processes and activities on industrial sites (risk management, security in projects, security patch management, security incident management, vulnerabilities detection and remediation, vendor management)
·  Define the prioritized Cyber roadmap for each site, coordinate and monitor its execution with the security representative of the site and all stakeholders (Business, IT, Engineering/Automation, Quality)
·  Perform Cybersecurity risk analysis in projects and provide expertise and guidance on technical solutions and standards to protect the manufacturing assets that supports business processes
·  Conduct transversal initiatives and support central Cyber Security programs on industrial sites (system protection, network segregation, remote access, log management, vendor remote access, IoT security)
·  Plan, coordinate and conduct regular security assessments and security reviews on site
·  Handle Cyber Security incidents in coordination with the Cyber Security Operation Center
·  Educate regularly Business and sites Leadership Teams on Cyber threats and risks

 

Qualifications & Experience required:

·  Master's degree in one of the following fields or relevant verifiable work experience: Cyber Security, Computer Science
·  Relevant operational experience in Cyber Security and IT Environment (Build and Run)
·  Ability to respect commitments, deliver concrete results and handle multiple priorities
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with many different stakeholders in a heterogeneous international environment
·  Good skills in English language

Desired Qualifications:

·  Experience on pharmaceutical and health care industry
·  Knowledge on industrial systems and architectures (ISA 95)
·  Cyber Security Risk assessment methodologies
·  Good skills in Cyber security domains including network protection, systems protection, SCADA security, IoT security
·  Professional Cyber Security certifications and good knowledge on Cyber security framework and standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 2700x
