Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

International Mobility Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Details:

Provide support on global mobility projects, data analysis, reports and HR systems.

Key Accountabilities:

·  Work as the coordinator in all Global Mobility Projects, with both internal and external stakeholders, vendors and end users;
·  Draft/update roll-out plan/process for the implementation of Global Mobility's new policies basing on the government regulations and company policies in Asia, China and JPAC.
·  Act as internal expert on workday actions /process to interface different roles from home and host HR team to ensure the international assignments' files can be managed correctly and in a timely manner.
·  Support the compensation cycle for international assignees in the role of regional international mobility.
·  Archive LOA (letter of assignment) and NEC (offer and total package) of international assignments in Asia, China and JPAC region, to ensure a complete and updated archive.
·  Update the Global master database for all international assignments in Asia, China and JPAC region in a timely manner.
·  Provide analysis and deliver varies regular reports basing on requirement from country, region and global level.
·  Provide operational advices to ensure work processes and tool kits are effective and updated upon regular review at region level.
·  Support on international assignments cost estimation and analysis for assignments based on the process.

Candidate:

·  Master Degree and minimum of 2 years' full time experience with HR, C&B, International Mobility/relocations experience
·  Computer literacy: advanced Excel (at least ability to use and create formulas), PowerPoint, etc.
·  Fluent English in both oral and written is a must
·  Have the ability to deal with a confidential information
·  Detail oriented, problem solving and coordination skills
·  Strong customer focus; responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
·  Holistic view and process driven thinking: standardization, compliance and transparency are the top priorities
·  Team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
