About us

We are a digital partner for R&D. As part of your work, you will design, build and control the communication for a top priority digitalisation program. Part of this job will be the design of a strategy for a continuous and targeted communication to support a long -term adaption of the program.

 

Job overview

You will be responsible to communicate ad-hoc information at the right time and to complete this to the correct recipient

· 
As Digitial Transformation is a topic, concering different stakeholders from different professions it is key to translate the provided information beforehand and properly control the depth of information per recipient.

· 
As part of an international team, you will be able to work with an experienced team of change managers

Responsibilities

· 
You are a student in the field of Digital Transformation, Business transformation or similar area of studies, with an interdisciplinary focus

· 
You are looking for a mandatory internship of 5-6 months

· 
You have high interest in operational and digital transformation, and you bring first experiences in topics related to change management tools and story tellling

· 
You have a lot of commitment and strong communication skills

· 
You are a team player with a strong ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues

· 
You are motivated and willing to contribute your own ideas and have a structured way of working with a high resilience

· 
Good English language skills- both written and spoken (B2)

· 
Well-versed use of standardized software ( MS-Office, Excel and other Microsoft tools, software management, AI)
