Instructional Designer

Job description

Summary and Key Responsibilities:

· 
To design and develop learning solutions including e-learning, blended and in class utilizing the latest technology to enable employees to have interactive effective training to gain the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in their roles.

· 
Digital training such as simulations, video, interactive e-learning and training that incorporate adult learning theory. 

· 
Design and develop participant handouts and participant workbooks.

· 
Create an evaluation process that is a part of the training programs and monitor for transfer of learning.  

· 
Work with Training Business Partners and SME to develop training content.

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology; Digital Media, Adult education or similar field of study
·  3+ years experience design and developing e-learning and classroom training
·  Software Usage for designing training e-learning: Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, Brainshark
·  Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design standards for adult learning, including needs analysis, curriculum design, learning technologies, blended learning and evaluation and measurement.
·  LMS Experience
