About the Opportunity

Working as part of the Sanofi Business Services (SBS) Experience team, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of payroll administration.

This position is based in Naarden but will move to Amsterdam at the end of 2018.

About Sanofi Business Services Experience Team

The Benelux SBS Employee Experience team works across all sites based in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing HR support to the various departments and business across this geography.

Key responsibilities

·  Responsible for timely and accurate payroll administration and filing (including ensuring alignment with Finance processes) according to relevant process narratives and applicable legislation;
·  Administers information relevant to, for example, pension, insurance, tax and related matters;
·  Works with internal and external advisers to resolve tax/legal issues relating to salaries and other compensation and benefits components;
·  Provides a monthly HR dashboard with personnel management information (HR metrics). Provides ad hoc metrics upon request;
·  Assists in international assignment cases from a payroll/administrative/taxation perspective and works with external advisers to investigate, resolve and arrange (complex) cases.

About You

Essential requirements:

·  A payroll qualification in PDL;
·  3 years’ experience in payroll administration;
·  Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English;
·  Able to work independently and take initiative;
·  Organised and structured.

It would be advantageous to have (not essential):

·  A degree in VPS is beneficial;
·  Experience with ADP and/or Workday is preferred as is experience working with Perman.
