Fully embedded in the CHC Global Supply Chain Organization, our team aims at building the best-in-class customer collaborative model encompassing Customer Care, Delivery, Master Data & Advanced Analytics.

In this context, the CHC Supply Chain is building a dedicated Delivery Centre of Excellence to provide the CHC customers with the best logistic and distribution services while improving planet sustainability.

Playing a transversal and leadership role, his/her main accountabilities are to build and sustain a world-class model for the CHC Logistic and Distribution in order to excel in performance and delight our Customers.

Main responsibilities

·  He/She defines the strategy for Logistics & Distribution areas, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap, and drives its implementation
·  He/She builds a strong partnership with his/her external stakeholders i.e., the Key Customers, Logistic Partners, Carriers and neighbouring functions, mainly M&S, Trade, GBS, Digital, and other Supply Chain teams
·  He/She defines the Logistics and Distribution CHC model and processes with his/her main external and internal stakeholders, meeting the requirements of the CHC GBU and CHC customers. He/She provides clear guidelines to the operational teams to ensure their clear understandings and adoption of the model
·  He/She develops an ambitious roadmap to improve the Routes to Market model with the CHC customers (e-Commerce, Network design, real time Track & Trace, etc.) and supports the regions and the countries teams in the roll out
·  He/She drives the planet sustainability initiatives, monitor the COE emission, identify new levers of improvement, making and raising awareness across the Logistic and Distribution network and community. He/She constantly strives for making the CHC Distribution a best in class for CO2 emission
·  Aligned with the strategy, He/She defines the appropriate governance for the Logistic and Distribution model, related roles & responsibilities and standardized organization to be implemented at countries/sites, regional and global levels
·  He/She ensures that the Logistics & Distribution digital landscape (WMS, TMS, ERPs, Control Tower, etc.) are properly designed and maintained leveraging the new technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, Predictive data, etc.)
·  He/She drives the automation and simplification of the CHC Logistics & Distribution model through an extended digital coverage enabling the Logistics & Distribution teams to focus on added value activities
·  He/She creates and promotes a culture of innovation in his/her scope by
·  Benchmarking and best practices sharing: establish strong relationship with external partners to benefit from innovation, explore future trends and learning from others, shares benchmark and best practices within SC community
·  Launch and develop innovation initiatives, in a collaborative mode to contribute to the growth of the business, improve productivity and planet sustainability

·  He/She contributes to the Excellence in performance by defining adequate metrics/targets, their proper monitoring and communication. He/She assesses the risks and the needs of improvement and develops accordingly corrective actions plans. He/she ensures proper understanding and respect of Internal Control rules for the Logistics & Distribution scope
·  He/she ensures the monitoring, the communication and the optimization of the Supply Chain costs related to Logistics & Distribution. He/She develops initiatives to optimize the costs and contribute to their implementation
·  He/She is accountable for the animation of the overall CHC Logistics & Distribution community ensuring buy-in of new processes and ways of working from business representatives
·  He/She builds an accelerate functional capability development and contribute to Talent development

ABOUT YOU

Experience

·  Successful experience in Project management
·  Demonstrate a good track record in Logistics and Distribution
·  Experience in Logistic Partner management (3PLs, carriers, etc.)

·  Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency

Technical skills

·  Hands on experience on managing complex stream processes with experience of implementation
·  Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment

Education

·  Master Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics

Languages

·  Fluent in English, French/Spanish is a plus
