Global Talent Scouting / Talent Researcher

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Talent Researcher, join our new international Scouting team whose mission is to build the succession plans for our executives and our key critical positions. The Global Talent Scouting team supports the traditional executive recruitment activities, builds internal and external talent pools and collects market insights to provide our business units with immediate access to the best talent in the market.

Under the leadership of our Global Scouting Operations lead, the Talent Researcher supports our Scouts located in our key markets with identification, research, sourcing and market intelligence activities. You will closely partner with the Scouts in defining sourcing strategies, conducting various search & selection projects and maintaining candidate pools engaged. This is a high visibility role with the opportunity to make an impact within the organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·  Be part of our Scouting Operations team located in our Budapest office composed of Talent Researchers, Marketers, Administrative professionals.
·  Closely partner with and support our scouts who are in different parts of the globe on a selected number of recruitment campaigns.
·  Collect, classify and interpret competitive market intelligence.
·  Build identification/sourcing strategies and map the talent market.
·  Maintain internal and external networks to enrich the talent pools.
·  Constantly source, engage, assess and select talents against our critical roles.
·  Feed the candidate database with qualitative information to secure rapid access to engaged candidates.
·  Be digitally savvy and create best in class sourcing techniques to uncover the best talent keeping above our competition.
·  Ensure an excellent candidate experience during all the steps of the process.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any related field.
·  2 to 4 years’ experience in international sourcing activities in an agency or corporate environment.
·  Experienced LinkedIn Recruiter user.
·  Deep passion for identifying best in class talent.
·  High level of compliance, integrity and comfortable in dealing with highly confidential topics.
·  You have demonstrated high-quality stakeholder management in an international environment.
·  Fluency in English.
