Global Talent Scouting Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Talent Scouting Coordinator, join our new international Scouting team whose mission is to build the succession plans for our executives and our key critical positions. The Global Talent Scouting team supports the traditional executive recruitment activities, builds internal and external talent pools and collects market insights to provide our business units with immediate access to the best talent in the market.

Under the leadership of our Global Scouting Operations Lead, you support all back-office and administrative tasks related to the above activities. You partner daily with our research team and the Scouts located in our key markets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·  Support our Global HR Teams, Scouts and Talent Researchers in managing steps of our recruitment process for our critical and confidential jobs:   
·  Posting positions
·  Scheduling
·  Offer creation
·  Record and maintain all tasks in our global Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
·  Track and report data in our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
·  Actively support the scouts with desk research, identification of candidates, preparation of presentations.
·  Ensure accuracy and quality of data.
·  Build and deliver on the Key Performance Indicators of the activity.
·  Create purchase orders / third party administration.
·  Provide the Global Scouting team with administrative support.
·  Represent our function through daily contacts with our HR community, managers and candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any related field.
·  Fluent in English, French is an advantage.
·  You have high level of integrity to deal with sensitive information in a compliant and confidential way.
·  You are at ease with HRIS and database management.
·  You have a first experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management or HR-related projects.
·  Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
