Our Team:
Our team is growing! We’re seeking a new colleague to join the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team to support the daily operations with various activities globally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sanofi's Chief Talent Office which is housed within the Global Centre of Excellence and an integral part of the People & Culture function. Here, we take charge of overseeing strategies for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at every organizational level.

In this job, you will not only provide essential administrative support to team members but also take charge of managing our Global Talent Acquisition related knowledgebase and the ticketing process. You will work closely and support the work of the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead and Talent Acquisition Operations Partners and Coordinators.

You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment and could contribute to operational excellence within Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and up-to-date knowledgebase for efficient problem resolution.

· 
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, finding opportunities to enhance efficiency in Talent Acquisition.

· 
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency in team processes.

· 
Ensuring prompt and accurate opening and closure of tickets within the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team.

· 
Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools, systems, or updates within the team.

· 
Document and report any issues found during UAT, working closely with the team to ensure resolutions are implemented.

· 
Aid team members in day-to-day operations (LinkedIn administration, Workday queries, researching, etc.).

About you

Requirements

·  Ongoing university studies (active student status) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related degrees
·  Available for a weekly commitment of 32-40 hours of work
·  Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, previous experience in this field would be appreciated
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and internal/external stakeholders
·  Prominent level of problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
·  Precise and curious
·  You are proficient in both written and spoken English at a conversational level
