The role of the Global Process Steward is to support Business Process Owners in the definition and implementation of standardized and harmonized processes for their domain(s) using core model solutions. The Global  Process Steward (represents all platforms and sites. The GPS is responsible for building, animating, coordinating the Key User Networks for all the Platforms, integrating with the domain Business Process Owners, and leading action plans with the sites, on specific master data quality and process adherence targets. 

 

Global Process Steward brings a high level of expertise and leadership in Manufacturing and Supply (Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Production, Controlling, Quality, etc.) in production sites, and experience in the related digital solutions (MES, SAP, etc.). 

 

This position leads transformation and change management of the global network of sites and collaborates with the Business Process Owners for the targets, implementation and standards. 

 

The focus is on Manufacturing and Supply Business Processes, Master Data, System Usage, Reports, Analytics, documentation, trainings, upskilling, and support of related solutions in systems (e.g. SAP ECC, S4 HANA). 

Specific Additions  

The Global Process Steward has a core role for the coordination of the Site resources (Local/Site Process Stewards, Key Users, etc.) for Manufacturing and Supply Business Processes, data integrity and quality, value realization and continuous improvement of the solution. He/she drives the improvements in process adherence, system utilization adherence and master data quality results for the whole Company and works with the sites to improve results. 

 

He/She is a change actor for the integration of new developments, functionality, business processes whether in a system, or not, globally in Manufacturing & Supply. 

Responsibilities and Tasks

· 
Support the Harmonized Process Design effort 

· 
Coordinate and bring all platform details and needs to Process design 

· 
Document the Business Process Design electronically 

· 
Contribute to the definition of transversal processes 

· 
Contribute to the update of the core model 

· 
Prepare URS (User Requirements Specifications) for harmonization changes 

· 
Prepare URS for pain point relieving developments 

· 
Training & change management 

· 
Update all the training materials 

· 
Create new training materials for new and harmonized processes 

· 
Initiate and Support Global Change Management effort with all Platforms 

· 
Train the Local/Site Process Stewards (Key Users) on new and harmonized processes 

· 
Create and Follow-up on Action Plans covering all sites, on master data quality and process adherence 

· 
Communication & network management of the Community of Practice (Key User Network) 

· 
Collaborate transversally with other domains

Education and Experience

As the link between Business Process Owners and Local/Site Resources, the Global Process Steward is committed to maintaining and developing his/her own skills on the processes, the data, the core model and systems associated. 

· 
University degree in engineering, IT/Digital or a related field 

· 
Minimum ten years experience in a Manufacturing Site and related manufacturing systems, especially ERP (SAP, S4 HANA, etc.) preferably in pharmaceuticals 

· 
Proven improvement results in master data quality, process adherence and system usage 

· 
Competence for tools and working knowledge of the systems: SAP ECC, S4 HANA and others (fast-learner of new tools and software) 

· 
Field knowledge in manufacturing and supply processes and data 

· 
Proven track record of change leadership skills in matrix environments 

Technical Skills, Competencies, and Language

· 
SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA skills and working knowledge 

· 
Understanding of continuous process improvement 

· 
Comprehension of Project Management methodology
