About the job

·  Get involved in the global projects
·  Maintain excel files
·  Support the project admin activities
·  Reporting activities from different platforms
·  Analyzing and collating information from different sources of the business
·  Participating in the preparation of presentations
·  Analyzing data for audit purposes
·  Participate in the preparation of global process maps

About you

·  Ongoing university studies (active student status)
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hungarian, with a good command of English
·  IT skills e.g. excel, word, powerpoint and willingness to learn quickly new IT system
·  Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
·  Ability to work 25-30 hours/week, expected duration: 18-24 months
·  Proactivity and flexibility
·  Be able to work alone but also enjoy and be able to work in a team
·  Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
