About the job

·  Closely partner with and support our colleagues working the Global Executive Recruitment & Scouting team based in 3 major locations: Budapest, Amsterdam and Bogota
·  Provide the team with administrative support
·  Build target company lists
·  Source and select talents against the job description,
·  and map the talent market
·  Actively support the team with desk research,
·  identification of candidates, preparation of
·  presentations
·  Collect, classify, and interpret competitive
·  market intelligence
·  Track and report data in our Candidate
·  Relationship Management (CRM) tool
·  Ensure accuracy and quality of data

About you

·  Ongoing university studies (active student status)
·  English knowledge in advanced level
·  Min. 25 hour/week
·  Microsoft Office proficiency
·  Good analytical skills
·  High level of integrity to deal with sensitive information in a compliant and confidential way
·  Interest in international recruitment
·  Curiosity to learn about the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry and different functions
·  Good level of data management skill
