Job description
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Flu Assistant Brand Manager – Vaccines - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 1/06/2024
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution
· Develop and execute well-defined winning strategy and tactics for designated vaccines (products) and therapeutic area.
· Manage financial planning including Sales Budget, StratPlan, OPEX, and supply forecast.
· Identify growth and competitive opportunities, providing country solutions (i.e. profitability analysis, relevant government guidelines, commercial practice).
· Partner with Global Franchise in the development of relevant operations for Japan.
· Work closely with Japan cross-functional team to ensure plans are aligned across Sales, Regulatory, Medical, R&D etc.
· Develop appropriate metrics, KPIs to measure competitiveness.
· Develop effective promotional programs and materials within budget.
New Product Planning
· Conduct assessment on commercial attractiveness of early-stage assets.
· Develop brand plans for a successful launch of new vaccines in Japan.
· Prepare for new product launch by working closely with brand team members.
· Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plan to acquire broader access opportunity and brand engagement.
· Work collaboratively with other functions (Medical, Market Research, Market access etc.) to facilitate implementation of pre-marketing programs.
People
· Work collaboratively with other team members and functions to take on new challenges.
· Lead and demonstrate Play to Win behaviours to team members.
Health, Safety and Environment
· Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others.
· Cooperate with Sanofi management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace.
· Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and immediately notify the Manager of any serious incidents; complete an Incident / Injury Report and forward to Human Resources within 48 hours where necessary.
· Undertake duties in accordance with the current Sanofi Policies and Procedures.
· Report non-conformance in accordance with the requirements of the Sanofi quality system.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus.
· 2+ years’ experience in Marketing / customer engagement / Digital / Omnichannel engagement / Finance.
· Ability to utilize insights from key customers – patients, payers, providers – to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts.
· Ability to lead the team and work cross-functionally to drive for results.
· Experience in Flu Marketing.
· Experience in a direct customer facing role (i.e. field sales, account management, regional medical scientist, etc.).
· Strong understanding of commercial aspects of Vaccine Market.
· Experience in working closely with global team.
· Ability to communicate effectively and good interpersonal skills.
· Good at problem solving.
· High English communication skill.
· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Finance / Business Strategy.
